Task

Tricent is a super interesting project that offers you to simplify your corporate life. So, we've been glad to welcome such an interesting business and happy to have them as our Customer. The main target of the whole campaign was, of course, to increase the number of qualified/hot leads for their Sales Team and spread the knowledge about such a great product across the world.

Results

Since Tricent has a very niche and specific type of customers, we've had to first define a proper list of filters and criteria to find these people. One of the main requirements for the research process was to make sure that all the potential prospects are using Google Workspace, but, thanks to Frank from Tricent, we've found a fairly easy way to do that and the research started. As for the Outreach itself, the most interesting thing was to find a proper approach since this type of customers don't really trust someone outreaching them for the first time via email. But, thanks to our Anti-Spam Department and proper DNS settings for the mailboxes, we've managed all the spam filters to let us through thinking that this is a personal correspondence email. The overall results are good, we're not working together for 4 months and still have plans for the future of our cooperation. In total, we've now outreached almost 3000 contacts with an average open rate of 35%.

Leverice came to us on a very early stage of launching their product. So, the main target here was to define the ICP and the proper approach to this prospect on our own. Together we've decided to first run a campaign to analyze different markets. That was extremely needed by the Leverice team to understand the possibilities of entering different markets with their product. Of course, that was not an issue for us.

Results

The onboarding process itself took a bit longer than it normally does, but it was required to define where to start our outreach. We've split the first quote into 3 different regions/countries and created a list of the most potential customers for Leverise. After that we've had to decide what would be the best approach to these prospects, so we came to a conclusion that we will need to run a brief A|B test to see which option works better. The overall results of the campaign were really great since the product was super fresh and featured functions that competitors can't even dream about. So, in general, we've now contacted 1500 contacts and the average open rate is 51%. As of right now, Leverice already has 10 meetings with the qualified leads.

We've been looking for companies within Ireland who have posted job vacancies lately, so it was a super interesting project to try us out. As for the outreach itself, we were targeting 2 campaigns (general and referral) as always + the LinkedIn campaign. Many thanks to Gonzalo from Swappsi for the detailed list of criteria for all the processes.

Results

It now has been 8 months since we've started working with Swappsi and had the onboarding process running and the result has been promising from the very beginning. Big thanks to Gonzalo and his team at Swappsi for providing all the required information and data on time. Finding the proper leads didn't become an issue as well as validating their contact information. As of right now, we're getting a stable good result with stable statistics. Now the campaign is going at full throttle for 1000 contacts per month and we've already extended the research for the UK as well (still mostly concentrating on the Ireland market). On average we're getting around 5 appointments per month, which is great for this niche type of project.

Vedamo was a super interesting project for us to work with since they have a lot of very serious competitors (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.), but Svetlana gave us enough information to ensure the prospects that Vedamo works much better for educational purposes. The research part of the project also went smooth due to the straight and clear Ideal Customer Profile. Our main goal was to supply Vedamo with new qualified lead appointments on a daily basis and to cover all the markets where the company needs our help.

Results

After onboarding and meeting Kirill with our team, we faced an interesting and difficult task. It took us several days to draw up a work plan and present it to the NGENIX team. The next month turned out to be more challenging as another offer was to be tested. Outreaching prospects with the offer of implementing TikTok marketing campaigns was the main task. So totally new campaigns were to be launched, and what's more, it was also a new direction for Audience Signal as they hadn't had a chance to work with TikTok campaigns before so they had to describe the value of this service and work out the strategies for communication with the prospects. The start of the second month was rather difficult and content writers' team had to change emails a few times in the first two weeks but after all the best option was found and used, which significally increased the Open rate.
