Since Tricent has a very niche and specific type of customers, we've had to first define a proper list of filters and criteria to find these people. One of the main requirements for the research process was to make sure that all the potential prospects are using Google Workspace, but, thanks to Frank from Tricent, we've found a fairly easy way to do that and the research started. As for the Outreach itself, the most interesting thing was to find a proper approach since this type of customers don't really trust someone outreaching them for the first time via email. But, thanks to our Anti-Spam Department and proper DNS settings for the mailboxes, we've managed all the spam filters to let us through thinking that this is a personal correspondence email. The overall results are good, we're not working together for 4 months and still have plans for the future of our cooperation. In total, we've now outreached almost 3000 contacts with an average open rate of 35%.

We've split the first quote into 3 different regions/countries and created a list of the most potential customers for Leverise. After that we've had to decide what would be the best approach to these prospects, so we came to a conclusion that we will need to run a brief A|B test to see which option works better. The overall results of the campaign were really great since the product was super fresh and featured functions that competitors can't even dream about. So, in general, we've now contacted 1500 contacts and the average open rate is 51%. As of right now, Leverice already has 10 meetings with the qualified leads.
